Support RESEARCH through SWOHF's Annual Donation to NBDF Judith Graham Pool Research

BE THE HOPE FOR OUR FUTURE!
In the past, SWOHF Bouncing for Bucks fundraising event was held during our Family Fest. All proceeds raised were donated to the Southwestern Ohio Hemophilia Foundation’s (SWOHF) research fund via NBDF to support finding cures and better treatments for those living with blood disorders.
Individuals were asked to pledge or donate funds in support of someone they know with a bleeding disorder. The SWOHF member bounced a ball for ten minutes and donations were made based on the total number of bounces (if desired) or just a one-time gift. Over 18 years ago, this idea came from one of our own teenagers, Dr. Eric Shepard. He is now a physician working in Pediatrics! Each year our SWOHF community is encouraged to ask friends, family, and co-workers for donations to support research.
To date over $30,000 has been raised by our SWOHF community and lives have been changed because of it.
SWOHF is a nonprofit organization that exists as a resource to improve the quality of life for those affected by hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and other bleeding disorders by providing support, education, networking, advocacy and services to individuals, their families and the community.
