2019 SWOHF Family Fest

A weekend getaway for the family filled with educational and fun events!
Count on experiencing a great weekend filled with learning, fun and connection with other families who live with bleeding disorders. Education components will include topics that will be inspiring, informative and interactive.
Cost to SWOHF community members: $20 per person / maximum of $80 per family
Registration includes:
- two nights accommodations at the retreat center
- meals beginning with dinner Friday evening and ending with breakfast Sunday morning
- education sessions
- T-shirt and goodie bag
- vendor exhibits
- childcare during educational programs
Once you pay online, you will receive an email with family registration forms that must be submitted in order to confirm your registration.

Please note: This event is only open to SWOHF families who are treated for a bleeding disorder at Dayton Children's HTC or a Greater Dayton hematologist. To receive this price for the weekend, you are expected to attend all education sessions.
